Bibimbap is a signature Korean dish. The word literally means "mixed rice". Bibimbap is served as a bowl of warm white rice topped with namul (sautéed and seasoned vegetables) and gochujang (chili pepper paste). A raw or fried egg and sliced meat (usually beef) are common additions. The ingredients are stirred together thoroughly just before eating. ~Wikipedia
'Dun kami sa Mr. Kimbob, isang Korean restaurant.
First time ko kumain ng Bibimbap. Marami syang ingredients (beef/pork/chicken, toge, carrots, kimchi, cabbage, kangkong?, egg, gochujang [hot sauce], at kanin) served on a sizzling bowl.
Kailangan mo munang halu-haluin ang mga sangkap bago kainin.
Okay naman s'ya pero nadisappoint lang ako kasi 'di ganun kalasa yung beef. Mas nagustuhan ko pa yung pork meat na in-order ng kasama ko.
